Condenser Tube Expander

We manufacture tube expander for various size of tube for Condenser Tube Expander & Boiler Tube Expander. Tube expander’s are operated with help of Electric Tube Expansion System. Condenser Tube Expanders are suitable for tube expansion of Condenser, Heat Exchanger, and Chiller's.
Our Product Ranges from tube sizes of (6.4 mm)1/4" to (38.5mm) 1.1/2". etc..

B-800 Series :-
Are useful & mostly used for Heat Exchange & Condenser of ½" -1.1/2". Tube Size : ½" to 1.1/2" OD , 8.4mm to 36.3mm ID, & Roller Length – 1.1/2 & 2.1/4".

B-800-5 Series :-
Are useful for thin walled tubes (19 thru 22 guage walls) of Stainless steel, Titanium & other material in thick tube sheets.
Tube Size : 5/8" to 1.1/2" OD, 12.9 mm to 36.7mm, Roller Length - 1.1/2" to 2.1/4".

B-900 Series :
Are useful on for small diameter tubes
Tube Size ; ¼" to 3/8 OD, 3.8mm to 8.4mm ID, Roller Length - ¾" & 1.1/4".

B-1200 Series :-
Are useful & mostly used for Heat Exchange & Condenser's of 5/8" - 1.1/2" OD.
Tube Size : ½" to 1.1/2" OD , 8.4mm to 36.3mm ID, & Roller Length - 1.1/2 & 2.1/4".

B-1200-5 Series :-

B-1300 Series :-

Tube Size : 3/8" , 5.8mm to 8.4mm ID, Roller Length - ¾" to 1.1/4".

B-8012 Series :-
Are useful for tube expansion, spring loaded drift thrust assembly usd to position the expander accurately on the boiler tube in relation to the drum for consistent expansions.
Tube Size : 1" to 4.1/2".
