Tube expander's power driven expanders are useful for U-turn, bend & short type of tubes which are installed in congested areas. Tube expanders also reduce the damage of the tubes due to vibration during the process of cleaning.
We manufacture Tube Expander for Condenser, Jacket Tube Expander; Boiler's & tools for Tube Expander which can be operated Electric, Pneumatic & Hydraulic machines.

BA Series - 3 Plain Roller
Are useful for Expansion of Tubes in Boilers,without Flaring.
Tube size : 7/8" to 4.1/2" OD.

BSB Series :-
Are useful for TOP plate Expansion of Tubes in Boilers,pan & juice heaters in sugar mills.
Tube Size:- 1.1/2" to 4.1/2"

BCSB Series – Bottom Plate Expansion Long Reach:-
Are useful for Bottom plate Expansion of Tubes in Boilers,pan & juice heaters in sugar mills.

BAF3 Series – 3 Plaing, 3 Flare Roller :-
Are useful for Application where tubes are to be expanded with Flaring.
Tube size : 7/8” to 4.1/2” OD

BAB Series – 3 Plain Roller & Thrust Bearing :-
Are useful for high productivity where flaring of tubes is not needed.
Tube Size : 7/8” to 4.1/2” OD

B Series - 1000 - 3 Plain & 3 Flare Roller :-
Tube Size : 1" to 4.1/2" OD

B Series – 2000 – 3 Plain, 3 Flare & Thrust Bearing :-
Are useful for tube expansion, spring loaded drift thrust assembly usd to position the expander accurately on the boiler tube in relation to the drum for consistent expansions.
Tube Size : 1" to 4.1/2".

B Series – 3000 – 3 Plain & Thrust Bearing :-
Are useful for boiler tube sheets & drums thicker than 2.3/4” (70mm). Also used in conjuction with B-1000 & B-2000 Series.
Tube Size : 1.1/4" to 4.1/2".

BABF3 Series – 3 Plain, 3 Flare & Thrust Bearing :-
Are useful for high productivity where flaring of tubes is needed.
Tube Size : 7/8" to 4.1/2" OD

Non Parallel Type - BV :-
Are useful for boiler tube having thin tube sheets for erection & repair.For other type of expander this model expander is double fast during process. If expander is used through watering a header mandrel has to be used.
Tube Size : 1" to 3' OD.

Bend Tube Expander Combination :-
Are useful for beading & expansion in a single operation.
Tube Size : 2” to 3’.
