Technical Specification:

Athar make Nickel screens are made 99.99% purity Nickel by advanced process of Electroforming.
Athar make Nickel Screens have hard chrome plating of 8 to 10 microns on working side Hardness of chromium 700-900 Vickers.

Products Feature:

• Good Ductility and tensile strength to with stand large centrifugal force and easy for mounting on basket.

• Very low internal stresses screen do not deform.

• Smooth working surface to avoid sugar crystal damage during seperation of sugar crystal from molasses.

• Accurate slot size, Accurate Thickness.

• A set consis of equal weight of segment (Wt. Difference not more than 3 to 5 grams)
